TERMS AND CONDITIONS - OCEANSIDE VILLAGE


Please read these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) carefully before making a booking. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these T&Cs.


1. GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS


  1. No Pets (any kind). Pets are strictly not permitted.
  2. All bookings are subject to availability.
  3. A deposit equal to the first night’s rate (per villa) is required at the time of booking.
  4. The balance of the booking is payable on arrival, except during peak periods (see School Holidays / public holiday section below).
  5. No-Shows: If you fail to arrive on the scheduled date (No Show), the full balance of your booking will be charged, and no refund or credit will be issued.
  6. A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking in the guest's name. This card will be held as security for the booking and may be charged for any security bond, outstanding charges, damages, or breaches of these T&Cs.
  7. Oceanside Village reserves the right to request a security bond at any time.
  8. Failure to make any required payment may result in the cancellation of your booking and the accommodation being released for others to book at any time.
  9. By providing credit card details, you warrant that the information is accurate, that you are authorised to use the card, and that the payment will be honoured by the card issuer.


2. CHANGING YOUR BOOKING


  1. All booking changes are subject to Oceanside Village’s prior approval and availability. If a change is approved, the rates and deposit applicable to the new dates will apply. This may increase the total cost of your booking.


3. CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING


All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to Oceanside Village. It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the cancellation notice. If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund, less a $50 administration fee per villa.


  • If you cancel 14 days or less before your arrival date, you will forfeit 100% of the total booking amount, and no refund or credit will be issued.


4. SCHOOL HOLIDAYS / PEAK PERIODS


Peak periods include WA school holidays, Easter, long weekends, and special events. During these periods, the following conditions apply:


  • A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night’s rate (per villa) is required at the time of booking.
  • Full balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 7 days before arrival.
  • No refunds, credits, transfers, or changes to the booking are permitted.
  • Minimum night stay requirements apply.


5. TRAVEL INSURANCE


We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This provides valuable protection against unforeseen events such as flight cancellations, illness, accidents, medical emergencies, theft, and severe weather disruptions.


6. BEHAVIOUR POLICY

Oceanside Village is a peaceful, family-friendly resort. Anti-social behaviour, excessive noise, intoxication, or any conduct of a sexual, discriminatory, or disruptive nature will not be tolerated.

Any breach of this policy may result in the immediate termination of your booking and eviction from the property, with no refund of any monies paid.
