  • Do you have parking for cars, boats and trailers ?

    Yes, plenty of free parking.

  • Is there WiFi?

    Yes - free and keep up to date from the comfort of your own villa.

  • Does Oceanside Village charge merchant fee?

    No, we don't charge merchant fees for any bookings made directly with us or via our website.

  • Can we pay our accommodation off before our stay?

    Yes, please send an email with the amount to charge and date of arrival, or we can forward bank details on request.

  • What happens if we arrive late at Oceanside Village?

    An email will be sent a couple of days prior to arrival with instructions.

  • Can we bring our pet/s to Oceanside Village?

    Sorry, no pets, including dogs, cats, birds, snakes, mice etc allowed of any kind.

  • Are you family owned and local?

    Yes, with lots of local knowledge and a resident golden Labrador (Rum) to help you have a wonderful experience in Shark Bay.

  • Why should I book using this website?

    By booking using this website, you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking.

  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

    Standard check-in time is 2pm.  There is an option for early check-in with a small charge of $25.00 (needs to be arranged)

  • Do you have room service?

    No, we are self-contained villas, offering a change of linen & towels if 8 nights plus. Complimentary coffee, tea, etc, bathroom products, if you run out need to purchase your own items.

  • Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

    Yes, we have a BBQ area.

  • Do you supply linen & towels?

    Yes, all linen and bath towels are provided.  Please bring your own swimming towels.

  • Wheelchair access?

    Yes, we have a villa that is setup for wheelchair / lmited mobility access with grab rails, walk-in shower, wider door ways, one level and designated parking.

  • Do you have Foxtel?

    Yes, in all rooms.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING

    1. We understand that from time to time, you may need to cancel your booking. All cancellations must be emailed to Oceanside Village; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure notice of the booking cancellation is received.

    2. If you cancel your booking more than (14) days before the arrival date, you will receive a refund minus a $50 administration fee, per

    3. Cancelling your booking less than (14) days before your arrival date, you forfeit all monies and will not be entitled to any refund/credit.

    (Exception being school holidays/Easter/long weekends/special events, please refer to this section of the T&C's).

  • How do I guarantee by booking?

    A Credit card is required to secure a room booking with a 1-night deposit.

  • Are there many tours in the area?

    Yes, lots of tours to do ......  4WD, snorkelling, scuba diving, various boat tours, fishing charters, scenic flights, kayaking & sup, cultural tours, aquarium tour.
